MSC Property Management is a full service residential property management company that’s located in Turlock. We are small enough to provide hands-on customer service and treat your property like it’s our own, but large enough to meet all your management needs. We understand a majority of potential tenants are working Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. That’s why we don’t mind showings after 5pm on weekdays or showing properties on weekends. We personally show each one of our potential tenants our properties, so we can answer any questions they do have about the property. That in return allows us to find higher quality renters and lower vacancy!
We accept and respond to maintenance requests online, by phone or texting. If there’s a maintenance request, within 24 hours we are already working on getting the problem fixed. We answer emergency calls 24/7 so you can rest easy knowing everything is taken care of.

We know how important it is to find great residents. Our screening process goes the extra mile so we can find the perfect residents for your home. We screen for credit, rental history, evictions, criminal background and we verify identity, employment, income, prior landlord, and pets.
