I recently purchased a rental house in Merced that needed some work done before I could rent it out. I contacted MSC... before I started the renovation and let them take over the renovation. Within a week, they had a contractor out doing the work (new flooring, carpet, painting and blinds).Once the house was rent ready, they were able to find and sign a tenant within 2 weeks.
