Rent Collection

We collect and deposit the rent for you!

Online Access

Our online access portal gives you the option to see financial statements, copies of past invoices and much more! It saves you time on tracking down paperwork and gives you the peace of mind that documents are stored properly.


We create a detailed description for your property so when we market your property to multiple consumer based websites, it makes it easy for anyone to find your property online. We use Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, along with social media like Facebook to market your property so we can find quickly find a quality tenant for your property.


Our technology allows a potential tenant to schedule a time that works best for them to see your property. We also ask each person that sees the property for feedback so we can better assist you in finding a quality tenant.


We schedule an inspection every 6 months so we can personally go inside and see the property so we can do our best to prevent any foreshadowing problems. We also do a move-in and move-out inspection with detailed pictures. Like most high school football coaches would say “Film doesn’t lie”. It helps to prevent any arguments over what the condition of the property was before it was rented


We respond to maintenance calls either over the phone or online. We use the best vendors in the Central Valley to make sure the repairs get done properly. We have 24/7 emergency call response, so rest easy knowing your property is in good hands.


We are very familiar with evictions; for the basic paperwork, we would be able to guide you. If there is ever a situation where we don’t know what to do, we use local experienced attorneys to guide you the rest of the way.
